2 About - SearchWorks SearchWorks – fixed price talent research. A new way to source candidates and create talent pools. Instead of the traditional recruitment tools that focus on candidates who are actively looking for a new role, our approach is different. We search the online footprint of professionals who match your job criteria (whether they’re actively looking for a job or not). We then personally reach out to each of them to see if they are interested in your role and to pre-screen them relative to your requirements, before finalising a candidate list that belongs to you. 3 What is Talent ID? Talent ID is the core SearchWorks product. For a fixed price of £1500 our research service identifies relevant candidates via their on-line footprint, including those who are not actively job hunting, and provides a pre-screened list of those who are interested in discussing your position. This innovative new tool has been designed to be as straightforward as possible and delivers significant benefits to your existing recruitment process, either as part of your existing recruitment toolkit or as a truly cost effective alternative to Adverts, Job Boards, Database recruiters, Headhunters and other traditional recruitment methods.

7 Current Success Rates In 94% of cases we find candidates who meet your brief and are interested in discussing an opportunity with you. In over two thirds of cases when the role is a professional level with a salary above 40k these discussions result in a direct hire. The target population varies depending on each particular brief; on average our searches identify and target around 35 to 40 prospects. You own all the results of this research so can use the lists for future talent pools. You can have these talent pools updated and refreshed further down the line or even on a regular basis - whatever you need. *(These figures are based on the last 50 assignments that we have undertaken with a salary above 40k)

8 1 Credit = 1 Talent ID search. These credits don't expire within a given timeframe, they remain on your account until you use them and we have three different price points depending on the number of credits you buy. 1 - 4 credits are £1500 each 5 - 9 credits are £1250 each 10+ cost £1000 each The target population varies depending on the particular brief; on average our searches identify and target around 35 to 40 prospects. You own the results of this search list that can be used for future talent pools or updated / refreshed further down the line or even on a regular basis - whatever you need. In situations where there is a large target population, or the focus of the brief is purely name identification, 1 credit is deemed to have been used with every 40 targets identified.
