3 REMINDERS: JULY 25 ANNIVERSARY CONFERENCE: 9 – 12 noon 1. Only adult members are expected to attend. No activity for FOJ, JYA & YA. 2. For those who need to bring their kids for the technical rehearsal in the afternoon, Meeting Rooms 2, 3 & 4 may serve as a holding room for them during the conference. Please refrain from bringing in meal packs at the venue during the event proper. JULY 26 ANNIVERSARY CELEBRATION: 9am – 4pm 1. Take heavy breakfast before coming to the anniversary celebration in anticipation of an extended mass and prayer meeting. 2. There are 2 events at the SM MOA grounds that morning: Milo Marathon and GMA Kapuso fans day at the MOA Arena. Please adjust your travel time to avoid traffic. 3. We will begin promptly at 9am with the Holy Mass to be officiated by His Eminence Luis Antonio Cardinal Tagle followed by a prayer assembly, festive lunch and entertainment program. 4. For Covenanted members, bring mantles and veils. 5. Performers for the entertainment program may use Mtg. Rooms 2,3 & 4 as dressing rooms. 6. There will only be one Mass Collection.Please bring a fitting (40th Anniversary Love Gift) offering and put it in a sealed envelope. You may write your name if you wish to have this acknowledged (with a receipt) as a donation. 7. Please follow registration procedures, seating arrangements, order in Communion and buffet lines. Also, always be welcoming and hospitable to our guests.

4 1. As you register please get your STICKER ID & FOOD STUB. 2. Ligaya children who are UD underway members and affiliates will register under UD. 3. Note: As previously announced to district servants, payments should have been made before July 26 thru the PLs to facilitate district collection (adults/UD singles & yaya’s - 250; FOJ/JYA/YA /UD students – 100) 4. Proceed to your respective SECTOR BANQUET AREA: NS 1 & 2 - FUNCTION RM. 5 CENTRAL & SOUTH : FUNCTION RMs 2 & 3 HOMECOMERS & GUESTS: FUNCTION Rm. 4 5.Each table has a buffet table letter assignment. 6.
