5. GCSEs and Beyond entry requirements Level 3 General/Applied Courses Vocational (Practical) Courses You need a range of Level 2 qualifications. Most courses require a C or above in Maths and/or English Some subjects/courses require specific subjects to have been studied. A Level courses in Cambridge now require 7 A*-C. Most courses start at Level 1, progressing to Level 2 and Level 3 as skills develop Most courses require 3 GCSEs at D or above, sometimes with Maths and/or English Some courses need specific subjects To confirm entry requirements and specific subject requirements please contact post 16 centres you are considering.
