1 OLWEUS BULLYING QUESTIONNAIRE Thursday, May 1st (Hour 2 - TA)

2 OBQ help identify the types of bullying at MHS and the "hotspots" help MHS move forward with Olweus implementation Year 2 measure progress/compare results from year to year typically percentages will increase in the first year

3 OBQ IMPLEMENTATION Thursday, May 1 during period 2 - TA average questionnaire time is 45 minutes questionnaire has to be finished in one sitting Administered to grades 7 - 12

4 ON-LINE VERSION Students will take on their iPads The website will be pushed out tomorrow morning as an app and pulled back at the end of the day www.obqsurvey.org Students without iPads should be sent to the RMC to use available computers checked out to Mr. Foss Laura O. will administer the OBQ in the RMC Will also include student helpers 2nd hour and students in ISD

5 OBQ ADMINISTRATION Script (pages 5 - 18) - sent to your First Class - please pre-read Student usernames and passwords please cut the strips and give one to each student List of students in your class some students have been removed from your list struggling readers = you can choose to read all questions out loud! send students out with a para if possible, send to resource rooms

6 OBQ ADMINISTRATION hand out a username and password to each student log in and go through AT LEAST the first 3 pages with the students if a student accidentally closes their browser, they can login 3 minutes later to finish...will have to start over when done, make sure students close their browsers have a plan for what students should do when they finish if students need more time, send them to the RMC with a pass

7 OTHER If you need an extra username/password, call Kari (7298) or Patti (7229) When complete....give any extra usernames & passwords, etc. to me UPDATES: Joel
