4. How can this facilitate our Teaching and Learning? Student Centered Leadership  Specific roles to improve student engagement, critical thinking and leadership skill sets. Independence and collaboration  Group work is a fundamental part of teaching and learning to ensure students understand the fundamental aspects of working as a part of a team.  Students facilitate each others’ learning through using these roles within self and peer assessment consistently in all subject areas. Blended Learning environments  FPS has a range of alternate learning spaces such as ‘The innovation hub’, ‘Design Studio’, ‘The Enterprise Lounge’ and ‘ The Boardroom’.  These rooms are used as idea factories and discussion areas for students to express their designs and ideas.

Mechanical Engineer- Applies the principles of engineering, physics, and materials science for the design, analysis and manufacturing.
