© Food – a fact of life 2012 4 oatcakes 200g mashed potato, Cooled 60g frozen mixed vegetables 100g cod, cooked and bones removed Small handful of fresh parsley Ingredients

© Food – a fact of life 2012 Method 1. Crush the oat cakes in a food bag.

© Food – a fact of life 2012 2. Place the potato, frozen vegetables and fish into the bowl.

© Food – a fact of life 2012 3. Tear the parsley leaves in to small pieces.

© Food – a fact of life 2012 5. Divide the mixture into four and shape each portion into a cake (or fish).
