Their goal is to make it easier for users to move their data in and out of Google products. Takeout immediately access the selected files and begins to retrieve the information. 2.Click on the “Create Archive” button. Takeout immediately begins to create a.zip files for download. If your files are large, you can select an option to be notified via email when they are ready for download. Once the archive files are created, they will be kept for 7 days on Google’s server to be downloaded to other devices as many times as you would like. 3.Click on the “Download” button.
