2 Objective: Inspire Soldiers and civilians assigned to 8 th Army to live the Army values and avoid dangerous and questionable behavior. Measures of Effectiveness: Decrease the number of on and off duty accidents and incidents within 8 th Army during FY 06 Soldier and military civilian infractions against UCMJ and Host Nation laws decrease. Measures of Performance: 100% of Soldiers and civilians are briefed on safety, PHT, SAPR and Korean culture. Increased Soldier participation in safe GNP activities.
