1. Meeting October 10, 2015

2.  Physicals should be submitted to the school nurse by November 23.  If you have any problems please see your coach or the nurse.  Every athlete should be cleared by the school nurse before November 30 th in order for him/her to participate in practice.

3.  November 30, at 2:50 in room 145  Do not be late  Dress appropriate be ready for practicing outside (Warm clothes, shoes, etc)

4.  Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 2:50 till 4:50. Pick up by 5 pm.  Wednesdays from 6am till 7:15am. Do not be late!  Saturdays from 8:30am till 11:00. Can be adjusted throughout the season. Listen for announcements!

5.  Read the Rules, Guidelines, and General Information packet.  Sign the last page and return it to Coach Cheeseman or Coach Walker prior the first practice

6.  Two unexcused absences = missing the next meet  Five unexcused absences = expulsion of the team  Three tardies = unexcused absence  If you have a valid reason notify your coach prior to the absence (parent note, doctor’s note, or other paper note should be provided)

7.  All athletes must be in school the day of a meet  Must be at practice the day before (Ex: Meet on Saturday or Sunday, must be present at school and practice on Friday )  If suspended from school – not eligible to compete or practice  Prepare your shoes and uniform prior the meet day (check your spikes)

8.  Report to the bus on time  Bring necessary equipment to the bus  Do not leave anything on the bus including equipment or personal items We are all part of a team!

9.  Required to wear Ewing Athletic gear (blue and white) to all meets  All relay members’ uniforms must match exactly (including visible compressions)  Purchasing the uniform is optional but recommended  Orders are placed only at the beginning of the season
