WORKSHOP OBJECTIVES This workshop will suit the learning requirements of the leadership of an organization for both leadership and managerial capabilities, while at the same time, ensuring their alignment with the company’s core values, principles and practices.

WORKSHOP OBJECTIVES 1.Distinguish between managerial and leadership practices; Determine how they can complement each other; Develop the acumen to assess situations that may require either or both sets of competencies. 2.Align personal values with those of the organization and determine how their values could find expression in a day-to-day work situation;

WORKSHOP OBJECTIVES 3.Identify the critical factors that contribute to organizational effectiveness and how leadership can ensure sustained high levels of efficiency and effectiveness; 4.Formulate specific action steps to improve leadership practices based on the various leadership assessment tools that will be utilized during the workshop;

WORKSHOP OBJECTIVES 5.Identify and assess individual and collective capabilities to assume specific critical roles in the work team; Determine areas of strengths as well as areas for development. 6.Experience, identify and describe the behavioral factors that promote teamwork, team effectiveness and team leadership; and

WORKSHOP OBJECTIVES 7.Demonstrate the skills on how to create alliances and teamwork throughout the organization as a way of responding to demands for customer-focused approaches.
