The Challenge INVESTIGATE Look i Education The Young People’s Programme reaches over 41,000 young people in the UK through 13 programmes supported by an investment of £14million every year. These aim to inspire young people of all backgrounds into education, training or employment.

The HSBC Challenge The challenge is run online and available to all students aged 16-18 across the south of England. Up to 100 of the best submissions are selected by MyKindaCrowd. These candidates are invited to a Skills Insight & Assessment Day at HSBC HQ, central London. The day consists of problem solving, team challenges and up-skilling sessions to help you stand out from the crowd. 25 of the top female candidates will be invited to the Aspiring Female Potential Programme. 25 students who excel will be invited to the Inspiring Potential Insight Day.

The Challenge INVESTIGATE Look i Future Talent The Aspiring Female Potential Programme The programme will give you an insight into the world of investment banking and you'll be offered a glimpse of what the future could hold for you. You'll spend three days with HSBC learning about the various functions of a global investment bank. It's a chance for you to strengthen your CV and gain practical networking opportunities for your future.

The Challenge INVESTIGATE Look i Future Talent Inspiring Potential Insight Day This is a unique workshop where you will have the opportunity to learn more about HSBC and their culture. It is a one day workshop that will include networking with business representatives across all HSBC divisions which will enable you to get a sense of the varying roles available. The 'Inspiring Potential' insight day has been designed to give you an insightful experience and help you make informed decisions regarding your career.
