9. UKBA attendance monitoring Registry is introducing census points for Tier 4 students Matriculation including confirmation of attendance as usual Reporting in person to Registry at further census points – 2 for UG and 3 for PG Guidance to be circulated shortly

10. How effective are our systems for early identification of students in difficulty and for effective targeting of resources? Which indicators are monitored (e.g. tutorial attendance, coursework submission, failed assessments)? Are there clear channels of communication amongst staff (e.g. SSOs, DoSs, course organisers, tutors)? Is it clear who is responsible for contacting the student? What happens if the student does not respond? Would it be helpful to have pro-forma communications to send at different stages?
