Bryce Fifield; Dawn Rudolph Subject: RE: Next Annual Report Workgroup meeting Importance: High Hello all - as was discussed on our last call, I 'cleaned up' the logic model and related tables based on our discussions and the recommendations from the subcommittees. I have attached three documents for your review in preparation for our call on May 13: 1. Logic model #9 (this is a clean copy of the revised logic model without comments - see item 2 below) 2. Logic model #9 with comments (I provided comments to give you the essence of the changes I made to the logic model based on our discussions and recommendations from the subcommittee) 3. Measures and Methods table (this table will be familiar as it is almost the same format for the tables the subcommittees used to discuss potential measures and methods for collecting the data. I revised the table to align it with the logic model. It highlights the actual measures that would be used and describes the methods that would be used to collect the data). Please remember that this is still in draft format and there are details to be worked out. Nevertheless, I think it will help us complete our work in preparation for the June TA Institute meeting. As a reminder, we are seeking at least one volunteer who would be willing to represent the workgroup and its recommendations at the TA Institute. Best, Jennifer
