 A Title One School Wide Program allows access to Federal and non- Federal funds to improve teaching and learning in schools with the highest levels of poverty.

 All students may participate!  We are responsible for the success of every student!  Identification of specific individual students is not required.  Instead, any student who needs extra time and help is eligible to get it.

 Student need is based upon a variety of assessments in the academic area of math.

 Title One, Resource, Instructional Coaches, classroom teachers, and paraprofessionals provide math assistance. We work, in various parts of the building, to bring students to grade level, or extend students beyond tested skills. We work in a variety of group sizes, and settings, depending on student need.

 Additional funding allows us to increase the number of caring instructors who work with students to provide small group instruction for children who need it!  Every student has the opportunity to receive intensive instruction to either meet or exceed state standards!

 Under Title One Federal Law, all schools receiving Title One funds have developed a compact (an agreement) between the school and the home. We all agree to work together to provide the best possible education for your child! Please make sure you have your compact signed and returned to school!  http://ol.tfsd.org/wp- content/uploads/2014/01/P arentSchoolCompactOMS. pdf http://ol.tfsd.org/wp- content/uploads/2014/01/P arentSchoolCompactOMS. pdf

 Bill Brulotte - Federal Programs Director for Twin Falls School District  ViAnn Aristizabal - Title One Lead Teacher for O’Leary Middle School
