3 LOGGING IN FROM HOME 1. Browse as guest in the bottom left hand corner 2. Go to www.rusdlearns.net www.rusdlearns.net

4 3. Click on the button that says “Sign in” on the right hand side of the page 4. Email: first name, last name, last 3 digits of student id, @rusdlearns.net Example: stevejones123@rusdlearns.net 5. Password: stu(id number) Example: stu123456 6. Hit enter PAUSE, SHOW HAIKU LOGGING IN FROM HOME CONTINUED

5 7. In the top right of the screen you will see the Google logo. Click the Google logo. 8. This will take you to your Google Drive. All of your assignments will be saved here. LOGGING IN FROM HOME CONTINUED

6 9. Exit out of the internet 10. Go to bottom right- hand corner and click guest! 11. Click on exit guest 12. Must sign out before closing computer!!! LOGGING IN FROM HOME CONTINUED

7 1. Click Add User in bottom left-hand corner 2. Email: first name, last name, last 3 digits of student id, @rusdlearns.net Example: stevejones123@rusdlearns.net 3. Password: stu(id number) Example: stu123456 4. Choose an icon and hit ok 5. Exit out of “Welcome to Chromebook Family” screen 6. Click on yellow, green, blue Google Drive icon on bottom left corner LOGGING INTO GOOGLE DRIVE ON CHROMEBOOKS

8 1. Click Create button. Then choose Presentation. 2. Choose a theme (background for your project). Then hit ok. 3. Select plus sign from top left. Click to create 2 slides total. HOW TO CREATE A GOOGLE PRESENTATION

9 1.Now that your slides are created, you must click on untitled presentation in top left- hand corner and create new title for your presentation. 2. Title: Last name, First name, class period, ”Title” Example: Jones, Steve Per.2 ”Snapshot” 3. Click ok 4. Click Share in top-right hand corner UNTITLED PRESENTATION

My parents live close by and we all spend much of our time together at home, at church, and traveling. One interesting thing about me: I lived in Turkey and Italy while growing up. How the teacher can best help me learn: I learn by listening, seeing a visual, hearing what other people have to say, and then writing it. I also like to research different ideas and perspectives on a topic.
