7 Recommendations: :Local levels Building sustainability of local NGOs. Institutional and capacity building support Devising downward accountability and Complaint Response Mechanism Working with local government

8 Recommendations: National levels: Need of priority based investment to construct embankment Excavation and re-excavation of ponds. Increasing allocation and investment Government assistance easy to community media like community radio Priority to investment strengthening telecom networks. I-NGO should not compete with National NGOs Multi stakeholder dialogues Bangladesh should prepare its own rehabilitation and reallocation policies.

9 Recommendations: International level I-NGOs should have more development education in their countries. Mutual Accountability and Horizontal Communication and appropriate understanding in ground levels. UN should consider on new protocol on disaster or climate displaced. Preparation and implementation with verification system in respect of Principles of Partnership and code of conducts thereby respecting each other’s organization sovereignty and dignity.
