2. Yearbook The yearbook is in need of fall sports pictures. They have very few.

3. Congratulations Congratulations to Vance Pulley for being named Runner of the year in the East district. Congratulations to Caden Saurerbrey who also made All District.

4. Muskingum County Community Foundation A representative from the Muskingum County Community Foundation will be here on Thursday, Nov. 12 to speak with seniors about how to search and apply for scholarships. She will be here during 4th, 5th, 7th, 8th periods. If you are interested in meeting with her, please come to student services to sign up. There will be 10 spots available per period.

5. COMMUNITY YOUTH FOUNDATIONS Winter coat drive is up and running! Bring any new or used coats, hats, scarves, mittens, and gloves to support and benefit the youth and families of Muskingum county. Clothing and monetary donations accepted through Friday, November 13th and the clothing bin is in the commons, directly outside the library.

6. Mid-East Permission slips for the Mid-East field trip for sophomores are due to student services by next Friday(Nov.13)

7. Band The band competed in their 34th OMEA State Marching Band Finals at Hilliard Bradley Stadium. The marching Scotties received an overall “Excellent” rating at State Finals. Congratulations!

8. Ruriteen Ruriteen will be collecting money from now until November 12th for breast cancer awareness. The money will be going to someone in the area that is currently going through treatments to defray costs. Students can buy ribbons for a dollar a piece and if a student buys five of them or donates five dollars to the cost, they will be able to spend 7th and 8th period on November 13th outside walking to show support. Please give all money to your homeroom teachers.

9. Winter Guard Clinics Any student interested in joining the Tri-Valley Winter Guard, the clinics will begin November 17th from 4pm - 6pm in the high school cafeteria. Everyone that attends will be given additional information on clinic dates and tryout requirements.

10. Animal Shelter Donate $2 on the stage during lunches to get a chance to win a 32’’ TV! All proceeds go to assist local animal shelters.

11. popcorn Get your popcorn Friday during lunch for 75 cents.

12. TV Ping Pong Club In need of gently used ping pong tables.
