Broadway, Chicago; Has a private parking lot but is limited Hours of Operation: Lakeview: Mon-Sat: 8:00am-10:00pm Sun: 8:00am-9:00pm Old Orchard: Mon-Thursday: 8:00am-9:30pm Fri & Sat: 8:00am-10:00pm Sun: 8:00am-9:00pm Pricing: $$ Outdoor Seating: N/A. #2 Service: The waiters and waitress are extremely nice and helpful Atmosphere: a Broadway themed diner that is very relaxing. It is perfect for a Sunday Brunch with family. It feels very ‘homey.” Quality of Food: The food is amazing! It can be described as, “armed with these marvelous family secrets and a desire to provide authentic Jewish cooking.” Cleanliness: It is very clean but I would not consider it wise to eat off the floor there. Consistency: You can expect the meals to be the same every visit and the respectable service does not change. Variety: Has a vegetarian menu Serves all 3 meals (BREAKFAST ALL DAY!!) Also has a bakery (VERY GOOD!!)

5 Annie’s Pancake House Service Excellent the waiters are very nice, welcoming, and adapt easily. Atmosphere Relaxing has a community feel, especially after Sunday masses Quality Very good, specialized in breakfast items Cleanliness Generally very clean place. The workers clean up when necessary and keep clean atmosphere throughout the day. Pricing moderate $-$$ #3 ● Outdoor seating ○ None ● Consistency ○ Amazing, the food and service can always be counted on to remain the same as expected by the customers. ● Locations ○ Downtown Skokie. It has a small parking lot with parking along the street as well. ● Hours of Operation ○ Breakfast and lunch ○ Closes at around 4. ● Variety ○ wide variety of food options including lunch and breakfast items ○ accommodations for vegetarians ○ gluten free options.

6 Sarkis Cafe Service Workers are nice, but service overall is not very good. Often takes awhile for them to get to you. Atmosphere It is a very laid back atmosphere. It is mostly a place where teenagers and college students seem to eat at Quality of food Some food is great, others not so much. Mainly a hit or miss restaurant. Cleanliness Silverware and dishes are clean. Building itself is pretty clean, however, outdoor seating seems dirty. Pricing Very affordable. Most middle class families would be able to eat here. ● Outdoor Seating ○ Offer a lot of outdoor seating, but due to its location, the scenery is not very pretty ● Consistency ○ Not very consist. Sometimes service is good, other times it is not. Similar to the experience with the food. ● Location ○ It is located on a busy street, so it is hard to get to. Parking is also very small and limited ● Hours of Operation ○ Open from 6 A.M. to 5 P.M. This is good because people can eat whenever they want. They are not limited to the morning ● Variety ○ They do not offer a wide range of foods. Mainly just pancakes, lorettas, eggs, and sandwiches. # 4

7 Dunkin Donuts Variety limited, main attraction is coffee and donuts service efficient, especially with a drive through. Employee attitudes are unprofessional at times Price good value for low price Consistency very strong Cleanliness questionable Food Quality fair for pricing on baked goods good coffee As a chain, experience and ability to meet criteria differ among locations Location easily accessible from street or highway, limited parking when busy Hours of Operation varying dependent on location Outdoor Seating varies among locations but is usually a quick stop #5
