2 Purpose of this study 1. 1. Investigate the relationship among organizational cultures, personality styles, job attitudes, and work stress of employees 2. 2. Investigate the factors that satisfy the different personalities of employees. 3. Discover which personality traits are associated with an individual ’ s preference for a specific organizational culture.
