1.ABSTRACT: The project aims in designing a system which is capable of tracking the location of cardiac patients and also monitoring of heart rate alerts in case of emergency through SMS to predefined numbers Now a day’s technology is running with time, it completely occupied the life style of human beings. It is being used everywhere in our daily life to fulfill our requirements. We can not only increase the comfort of life but also increase the health monitoring techniques by making use of advanced technology. In this project we are making use of technology to sense serious health problems so that efficient medical services can be provided to the patient in appropriate time.

3.OBJECTIVES: 1. Real time monitoring of health status of a person. 2. Alerts in emergency to predefined numbers. 3. Works anywhere in the world (with GSM availability).

3.BLOCK DIAGRAM :

4. METHODOLOGY: Our project is a model which incorporates sensors to measure parameters like body temperature, heart beat rate, and transfer it to the patients mobile phone which has a software that contains predefined limits of both the parameters and continuous monitoring of those parameters is carried out. The link between the patient who has to carry a circuit with him.Once there is any sort of deviation in the parameters, then the patients mobile will immediately send a SMS to a predefined Number(Doctor) containing the value of the parameter which has deviated along with the patients GPS co-ordinates. The GPS Co-ordinates will be send only if the patients phone is a GPS enabled Phone.

5. ADVANTAGES & DISADVANTAGES:  ADVANTAGES: 1.The staying of specialist is eliminated. 2. It is a multipurpose so that overall conditions are easily measured. 3.Easy to operate. 4.Compare with compact sensor it gives better performance. 5.Modern technologies have developed that promotes comfortable and better life which is disease free.

 DISADVANTAGES: The only thing that is clear about constitutional protections for location-based service information is the lack of clarity.

6.APPLICATIONS: 1. Home-based nocturnal dialysis. 2.Cardiac and multi-parameter monitoring of remote ICUs. 3.Home telehealth. 4.Disease management.

7.CONCLUSION: From the above designed project it can be concluded that we are able to transmit the data which is sensed from remote human using wireless transmission technology GSM. It is completely integrated so that it is possible to track anytime from anywhere. It has real-time capability. The future works include optimizing the hardware system, choosing a suitable GPS receiver. Improving the routing algorithm can be improved by neural network. This system has many advantages such as large capability, wide areas range, low operation costs, effective, strong expandability and easy to use. Upgrading this setup is very easy which makes it open to future a requirement which also makes it more efficient.
