OUR MISSION AND VISION  “We will be serving fresh, locally grown produce and meats to patrons of typical college age, as well as locally sourced wines and beers in Ithaca NY that are of legal drinking age. We plan to do this by hiring well trained chefs to prepare our fresh and unique menu items and by doing business with local markets and vendors. By obtaining our food and beverages from local markets/vendors, we will stimulate the local economy and instill a sense of local pride in our operation”.
