6  2) Hold an ebook Collections Demo Day in late May/early June with presentations by early ebook collections adapters from VALE libraries and by vendors, with the help of Eric Zino and Timothy Cherubini of Lyrasis.

7  3) Communicate with key people involved in other shared ebook collection initiatives, such as the Orbis Cascade Alliance (covering Oregon and Washington) and VIVA (covering Virginia).  4) Write a report on findings and recommendations for VALE.
