2. 5.1. What time is it? There are two ways to ask for the time:
What time is it? or What is the time?
and while telling the time we should consider …
It is 8 (eight) o’clock. TO

3. 5.1. What time is it? * There are 60 (sixty) minutes in an hour.
** In a simple day, time is separated into
two semi-days as a.m. and p.m.
It is 2 am in the morning.
The game starts at 8 pm. (8 pm = 20:00)
1 hour = 60 minutes
00:00-12:00 a.m
It is 6:00 a.m.
12:00- 00:00 p.m.
It is 6:00 p.m (18:00)
