5. To export to desktop click on “Export”

6. Choose format for report Click on “Export” Choose MS XL, CSV, HTML, or PDF Here

7. Click “Save”

8. Save File to destination folder ex: “Temp” and give a name

9. Personal Dashboard-Default Prompted Reports- Click on report name

10. Report Displays “For Acquisition Career Field Description show only” click on “Select attribute values…”

11. Click on Your “Career Field”--ex: Contracting” Click on “OK”

12. Click on “Display Report”
