2  Organizing Others Messes Sometimes the messes we need to organize our not our messes. You may need to set more obtainable goals. It is important to be patient and make compromises. The challenge then shifts from organizing to working with that person. We may be organized but live or work with someone who is not.

3  Set SMART Goals Can your goal be broken into smaller steps? Specific You need to be able to measure the outcome. Measurable Describe how you will accomplish your goal. Action Oriented Is your goal obtainable? Realistic Set a desired time to achieve your goal. Time Based
