19. Minnesota Submarine League Aviation Learning Center The Aviation Learning Center at the Downtown St. Paul Airport will be part of a menu of STEM experiences that is unique in the nation. Designed for learners of all ages, this “STEMport” will serve school and youth groups from around the Upper Midwest, inspiring them to dream big and grow their skills in science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM).
