5 contraption  con – trap – tion  A contraption is something that is put together in a very odd way.  The strange machines the farmers made to catch the mice were contraptions.  My dad put two baby buggies together to make a contraption the twins could ride in.  The coach made a contraption to wheel all the balls and other stuff in.

6 foolproof  fool - proof  Something that is foolproof is so simple and safe that anybody can use it.  A cat is a foolproof mouse catcher.  The most foolproof bike is a tricycle.

7 daydream  day – dream  When you daydream, you are awake but you are thinking of pleasant things.  On that cold winter day, I daydreamed about going to the beach.  Susan daydreamed about how nice it would be to have her own room.
