9 Housing: Tenure North Warwickshire: 2001 Home ownership in North Warwickshire has followed a similar pattern with home ownership decreasing from 75.40% in 2001 to 73.07% in 2011. The percentage of private renters has also increased significantly Home ownership in Warwickshire has declined from almost 75% in 2001 to 70% in 2011. 13 Priority Families Priority families are classified under six headings:  Crime/ASB  Education  Children needing help  Financial exclusion and NEET  Domestic Violence and domestic abuse  Health Phase One of the Programme April 2012 – March 2015 Warwickshire’s target during Phase One was to identify, support and ‘turn around’ a total of 805 Priority Families.
