30 The modern day church preach, the one destined for destruction, as lord. This teaching “he ̄ ttao ̄ ” you, it makes you inferior to Jesus. When this teaching overcome you, you become a slave of corruption. This leads to fear of destruction because that which is corrupt can be destroyed. Destruction should be welcomed, so that the incorruptible may remain.
