3 Presentation of team training team training is a provider of adult education and social work We offer language courses, vocational training, job services, and general further education as well as consulting and coaching We support those who are at risk of social exclusion Participants include men and women, job seekers, employees, immigrants, single parents and many more Our projects are financed by regional job centres, the European Social Fund, companies, the Federal State of Baden-Wuerttemberg as well as the European Commission

4 Presentation of team training Our company was founded 1997 24 company employees around 30 freelance trainers and coaches headquarter in Tübingen in the southwest of Germany 9 offices in 7 towns in the region Neckar-Alb

7 Presentation of team training Bildungscontrolling: Project funded by the ESF and the Ministry for Economic Affairs BW Support for SME regarding the further training for their employees Development of different tools like self assessment

9 What is the purpose of the project ? Better integration of migrants into the labour market and the society Supporting key competencies among migrants Raise awareness among employers regarding this issue Identifying and developing tools for assessing and expanding key competencies Exchange of experiences

10 What are your duties on the project ? Host one meeting Collaboration with relevant stakeholers Bring in best practice examples, tools, approaches Develop the chapter „work in team; flexibility“ for the guideline Contribute content for the website Active communication and dissemination of results

11 What will your organization bring to the project ? Experience in working with migrants:  German as a foreign language  ESF project OPTIMA: peer counselling approach Results from the Grundtvig multilateral project MIGRA addressing a better integration of migrants into the labour market General tools, methods, approaches regarding communication techniques, self-presentation,… Experience in European projects Participation of different colleagues for an exchange
