11 11 Implementing/Monitoring Interventions  How are the interventions used to accelerate learning for student groups?  How do we monitor progress?  Are the interventions working? How do we know?  How does our roster support maximum implementation of interventions?

12 12 Reflecting on the Data What are the strengths and areas of concern that emerge from a review of the data? Using various data sources are there achievement gaps between student groups in Reading and Math? Identify them.

13 13 Next Steps  What strengths will we build on?  What areas of concern still exist?  How will we address these strengths and concerns in the 2008- 2009 School Improvement Plan?
