(in the City of Urumqi / the Changji Region / industrial areas; representative local analyses?) which amounts of which specific materials are separately disposed? which wastes are recycled in which company and in which fashion? which industries are the most significant in this process? which plants are associated with which waste and to what extent? which outputs and secondary products are created and where?
