11. 11 CHALLENGES  Communication gaps or non-communication between the project team & country partners Telephone service was used intensively with frequent visits to project countries  Confusion between inter-related terminologies Examples were provided to clear the confusion Confusions were clarified during the interactions between the project team and partners  Information not easily available Baseline consumer survey helped in generating first-hand information
