2. Learn to solve problems critically and creatively. This line of the ESLRs means that you have to learn to solve problems using critical thinking and using creative ideas or things. It is important that we learn to solve problems critically and creatively so that we do not only have one way of solving problems. The advantage to this is that if one of our options of solving problems does not work out, we have many other options of solving problems, if we learn how to use them.

3. Act ethically, respectfully, and responsibly. This line of the ESLRs means to act in a nice manner when you are around anyone. The reason why we are expected of this is because these are some of the things that we learn or at least should learn. You need to act ethically, respectively, and responsibly because you should never act in a mean or harmful way to anyone.

4. Communicate effectively/precisely/succinctly. This line of the ESLRs mean that you have to Communicate in a way that you do not hurt Anyone else’s feelings or in a way that the Person can understand what you are saying. The reason why we are expected of this is Because we have to learn how to Communicate with the right responses. We have to learn to communicate effectively/ precisely/succinctly because this way we can get our message out to whoever we are talking to.

5. Embrace/Encourage individuality and diversity. This line means that we have to involve individuality and diversity in everything that we participate in. It is important that we embrace/encourage individuality and diversity because that way no one will feel left out. A little of racism comes in if people do not embrace/encourage diversity.

6. Support family, school, and community. We need to support, family, school,and community because just like your family supported you when you were young your parents would expect something back. If you support early you will probably receive support back when you are older. Everyone in the world supports something. If you do not think you support something, when you are an adult you support yourself by buying food for yourself to eat.
