To be able to identify traffic signs function by color. To Be able to identify Traffic sign function by shape.

4 Think about the colors that you see on traffic and road signs and try to determine what types or classification of signs are associated with specific colors?

5 Traffic Signs What are the classifications of traffic signs?
Regulatory: tell drivers what to do. They control traffic and tell you about laws that you must obey. Warning: help you to avoid surprise situations and tell you that danger is ahead. Guide: Help to find routes, intersections, service areas, and other points of interest or information. Tell you how to get places

6 Regulatory Signs: Stop Sign: RED, OCTAGON, WITH WHITE LETTERS

Most are diamond shaped with a yellow background and black writing. What should you be prepared to do when you see a warning sign? Slow down or Stop!!!
