22 Amending The Constitution!! Article Five states the Amendment Process.

23 First way to Amend the Constitution 2/3 of both the House and the Senate can propose Amendments to the Constitution. After Congress... The proposed amendment Must go to the state legislature of each state or to state conventions of each state. Once 3/4 of the States legislatures and/or States conventions ratify the Amendment it is Law.

24 Second way to Amend the Constitution 2/3 of the States legislatures can call a convention to propose amendments to the Constitution. After the convention Proposes Amendments 3/4 of the States legislatures and/or States conventions Must ratify the Amendments for them to become Law.
