2. 2 Objectives The Rotary Golden Flower Youth Microfilm Awards aim to encourage young people to know more about the core values of Rotary. This initiative motivates individuals below 30 years old living in China, Hong Kong and Macau to express the positive values into three-minute microfilms. 3. 3 Proposed Prizes (subject to confirmation) There are four awards with cash prizes and career enhancement experience: Best Film: HK$10,000 cash prize Outstanding Film: HK$3,000 cash prize Both award winning directors will enjoy professional shadowing with Lee Lik Chi 李力持, to learn from his experience, to explore the possibility of collaboration in future production. Most Touching Film: HK$10,000 cash prize Touching Film: HK$3,000 cash prize Both award winning directors will enjoy a five-day trip (May 28 - June 1, 2016) to Seoul with company visits in creative industry, experience Rotary events and local Rotarian family homestay. 4. 4 Proposed Prizes (subject to confirmation) Other benefits: Award winning director will receive trophies, certificates and prizes. Award winning director will receive professional comments and recognition from an array of professional assessors during the competition. Awarded films may be showcased in media events, social media and Rotary promotion channels in China, Hong Kong, Macau and other parts of the world. Outstanding films may be nominated to compete for different International Awards. All contestants can gain invaluable experience through the competition and equip themselves for potential business opportunities.

5. 5 Judging There will be seven members in the judging panel with Film Director, Lee Lik Chi as the head of the panel. Proposed criteria for the awards are as follows: The entry must be original work and does not infringe another person's copyright. 6. 6 Timeline Submission of entries before 6:30pm, January 29, 2016 Judging: February 2016 Award presentation ceremony at Renaissance Harbour View Hotel Hong Kong: March 17, 2016 evening Promotion of awarded microfilms: March – June 2016
