9 Basic Statement We have the resources to provide emergency telecommunications services: –satellite bandwidth –earth stations –Partnerships –and knowledge on communications. On the other hand, we are not experts in emergency managements. Therefore we will make efforts to research in closing the gap between what we have and what the real situation needs are.

Based on our commitment, how are we going to provide –Should focus on very serious situations as temporary communications infrastructure –If focus on tsunami, university is the place for gathering people –AI3 bandwidth for alert system (tsunami, etc.) Terrestrial link might be better?
