3 Most teens don’t eat breakfeast but however if u can give your child something on the way out would be great. WHAT TEENS SHOULD BE EATING!

4 Teens eat cheeses steaks pizza or just things that aren’t healthy for lunch. Just because it tastes good that doesn’t mean it’s healthy. So eat something that is. Teens can have a happy and healthy lunch.

5 Teens are munching way too much between meals. So for that reason this raises obesity rates of children. MOST TEENS ARE OBEST!

6 MOST TEENS WILL HAVE DIETBEATIES BECAUSE THEIR EATING WAY TOO MUCH SUGAR. THIS IS ALL GOING TO CATCH UP WITH THEM WHEN THEY GET OLDER. BY TEENS LATE 30’S THEY’LL HAVE DIETBEATIES!

7 Lots of teens love fast food restaurants. But I bet u teens don’t know that their really unhealthy. Fast food restaurants: unhealthy!
