Welcome to Killarney Methodist Church Today’s Bible Readings Psalm 97 page 878 Isaiah 6:1-8 Today’s Hymns MP 1005 MP 1100 MP 1109 MP 1039 MP 646 MP 1123 “Here I am Lord, send me”

Psalm 97 1 The LORD reigns, let the earth be glad; let the distant shores rejoice. 2 Clouds and thick darkness surround him; righteousness and justice are the foundation of his throne. 3 Fire goes before him and consumes his foes on every side.

4 His lightning lights up the world; the earth sees and trembles. 5 The mountains melt like wax before the LORD, before the Lord of all the earth. 6 The heavens proclaim his righteousness, and all peoples see his glory.

7 All who worship images are put to shame, those who boast in idols— worship him, all you gods! 8 Zion hears and rejoices and the villages of Judah are glad because of your judgments, LORD.

9 For you, LORD, are the Most High over all the earth; you are exalted far above all gods. 10 Let those who love the LORD hate evil, for he guards the lives of his faithful ones and delivers them from the hand of the wicked.

11 Light shines on the righteous and joy on the upright in heart. 12 Rejoice in the LORD, you who are righteous, and praise his holy name. Amen.

MP 1005 OUR GOD IS AN AWESOME GOD, He reigns from heaven above, With wisdom, power and love, Our God is an awesome God! Our God is an awesome God, He reigns from heaven above, With wisdom, power and love, Our God is an awesome God! CCLI License 1336851

1 In the year that king Uzziah died I saw also the LORD sitting upon a throne, high and lifted up, and his train filled the temple. 2 Above it stood the seraphims: each one had six wings; with twain he covered his face, and with twain he covered his feet, and with twain he did fly. Isaiah 6:1-2

MP 1100 OPEN THE EYES OF MY HEART, Lord, Open the eyes of my heart. I want to see You, I want to see You. (Repeat) CCLI License 1336851

One day every tongue will confess You are God. One day every knee will bow. Still, the greatest treasure remains for those Who gladly choose You now. (sing twice)

To see You high and lifted up, Shining in the light of Your glory. Pour out Your power and love, As we sing holy, holy, holy.

Holy, holy, holy, Holy holy holy, I want to see You.

Isaiah 6:2-4 3 And one cried unto another, and said, Holy, holy, holy, is the LORD of hosts: the whole earth is full of his glory. 4 And the posts of the door moved at the voice of him that cried, and the house was filled with smoke.

MP 1109 THANK YOU FOR THE CROSS, LORD, Thank You for the price You paid. Bearing all my sin and shame, In love You came And gave amazing grace. CCLI License 1336851

Thank You for this love, Lord, Thank You for the nail-pierced hands. Washed me in Your cleansing flow, Now all I know: Your forgiveness and embrace.

Worthy is the Lamb Seated on the throne, Crown You now with many crowns. You reign victorious, high and lifted up, Jesus, Son of God, The darling of heaven crucified. Worthy is the Lamb.

Isaiah 6:5:7 5 Then said I, Woe is me! for I am undone; because I am a man of unclean lips, and I dwell in the midst of a people of unclean lips: for mine eyes have seen the King, the LORD of hosts. 6 Then flew one of the seraphims unto me, having a live coal in his hand, which he had taken with the tongs from off the altar: 7 And he laid it upon my mouth, and said, Lo, this hath touched thy lips; and thine iniquity is taken away, and thy sin purged.

MP1039 COLOURS OF DAY dawn into the mind, The sun has come up, the night is behind. Go down in the city, into the street, And let’s give the message to the people we meet. CCLI License 1336851

So light up the fire and let the flame burn, Open the door, let Jesus return. Take seeds of His Spirit, let the fruit grow, Tell the people of Jesus, let His love show.

Go through the park, on into the town; The sun still shines on, it never goes down. The light of the world is risen again; The people of darkness are needing a friend.

So light up the fire and let the flame burn, Open the door, let Jesus return. Take seeds of His Spirit, let the fruit grow, Tell the people of Jesus, let His love show.

Open your eyes, look into the sky, The darkness has come, the sun came todie. The evening draws on, the sun disappears, But Jesus is living, His Spirit is near.

So light up the fire and let the flame burn, Open the door, let Jesus return. Take seeds of His Spirit, let the fruit grow, Tell the people of Jesus, let His love show.

8 Also I heard the voice of the Lord, saying, Whom shall I send, and who will go for us? Then said I, Here am I; send me. Isaiah 6:8

May the Grace of our LORD Jesus Christ and the Love of God and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit be with you all forever more Amen
