Installed in the open environment system of Underground stations or Elevated station on the ground with air-conditioning systems. Features: platform and train isolation B. Full-high security door(KS8000-F) Suitable for installation underground stations with closed control system or ground stations and elevated station without air conditioning system. Features: ventilated area on the top and the bottom of security door and platform. C. Semi-high security door(KS8000-S) Semi-high security doors suitable for installation in the underground stations of the closed-loop control system or no air-conditioning system of ground stations and elevated station. Features: The isolation of the site and track, semi-closed partition between the site and track the formation. A B C

KS8000-P/F One for each sliding door (above the sliding door, in the control box) KS8000-S Two for each sliding door (In the two DCU boxes) Function:1, Perform signal command, control and slide the door leaf 2, Self-test, aand feedback the door status to PSC 1-P/F 2. PSC One for each station (Generally hidden in the machine room near the platform gate) Function:1,Receive instructions from Signal system, and transmit to the door (DCU). 2,Report the door` s status. 3,Transfer signal to the IBP. IBP One for each station ( in the dispatching room) Function:1, Monitor the doors operating conditions of the whole station 2, Controlling to open all the sliding doors with an emergency evacuation signal while meeting fire alarm and other unexpected situations 4

11 Control System Platform Station Controller (PSC), Local Control Panel (PSL), Integration Backup Panel (IBP), door control unit (DCU), communication media, Integration Backup Panel (signaling system, comprehensive monitoring ISCS) and other components. The Platform Station Controller (PSC) from the Programmable Logic Control (S7-300PLC), two cell controller (PEDC), terminal blocks, interface devices, and control power distribution circuit. Typical station configuration of a Platform Station Controller (PSC), two local control panel (PSL), a Integration Backup Panel (IBP), 48 sets of sliding doors (24 sets for each side) one Door Control Unit (the DCU ), four side doors (MSD) each door set.

12 Software Setting & Debugging System
The main monitor screen PSA is a Metro Platform Screen Doors on-site monitoring software. The functions include clock synchronization, alarm classification query, site real-time status, operation and fault records, opening number of statistics and other functions. PSA is divided into two parts, communications equipment, the second is the upper user interface. PTE is Metro Platform Screen Doors software debugging system, mainly used for day-to-day maintenance and operation of the Metro Platform Screen Doors parameter adjustment. Debug both drive units on a single platform screen doors and also set and adjust the station platform screen doors parameter unified.

16 Established Projects –Beijing Metro Changping Line
Beijing Subway Changping Line connecting the city center, Changping District, a north-south rapid rail transit passenger lines, from the Ming Tombs scenic area in the north, Number 13 line Xi'erqi station in the south, a total length of km, seven stations, platform screen doors 48 units, 288 half-height door unit 28 side door unit, started operation December 28th, 2010. This project was a a great success for the first time KBB successfully developed intellectual property platform screen door system, and breaking the monopoly of foreign technology.

Beijing Olympic Extension is located in the central axis of Beijing City, and is a line built specifically for the Beijing Olympic Games, a total length of kilometers, across the board a total of four stations, 192 Screen Doors units plays an important role in the network of subway lines. KBB to undertook the full range of platform screen door system with installation and commissioning completed on November 30, 2007, awarded the country's honor of "protection subway, maintaining the Beijing Olympics".
