1. Plan of work is the general scheduling of program according to major activities (or phases) such as planning, implementation and evaluation.

3. It is the scheduling of activities of the program according to specific items such as date (duration), the target group, the CD worker in charge, the place, expected budget, and additional notes.

4. Calendar of activities may cover for a period of one week, one month, several months or the whole duration of program. If the duration takes a considerable number of months, it may be broken up into several number of calendar of activities. (handout for example)
