(10 dots)  Clinicians should offer STI testing along with annual physicals for those aged 15-24. (5 dots)  Every 15-25 year old female in MN should have a Chlamydia test annually or as frequently as possible whether they claim to be sexually active or not. (10 dots)  Increase the awareness in the general public of the epidemic of Chlamydia and its consequences. (14 dots)  Train parents and caregivers to be the primary sexuality educators for youth by providing sexual health education guidelines and resources, including information on Chlamydia, the potential consequences and information on screening and treatment.  (9 dots)  Create a uniform curriculum to be taught in schools.
