2 NHS England – Five Year Forward View To provide help/advice in planning/changing/adding services provided by the GP surgery. Providing feedback on the GP surgery – being its eyes and ears. Contribution towards commissioning of services that are not provided by the GP surgery and also de-commissioners. Fundraising/developing resources. Co-production of services and health initiatives. Providing leadership for the GP as a membership organisation and developing health creating communities.
