6 Opportunities to Support HSI Students choose Metro State for its programs of study. Graduation-ready students (Juniors and Seniors) concentrate their time in their majors and minors. Targeting majors and programs of study can help with both recruiting and retention. We will forward the issue to our consultants, Excellente, for focus groups.

7 Practical Strategies Emphasize over-represented majors and programs in external marketing material. Emphasize under-represented majors and programs in internal marketing material.
