Cautions Going from activities to environmental indicators & from project to multi-agency measurement – the system gets more complex – cause & effect are less clear – requires greater consensus among a wider array of providers Cannot satisfy all needs with one system Need aggregated data to see overall trends Measurement is not free– need to budget time & funds to support & maintain
