6 They are a food source for lions, cheetahs, hyenas, wild dogs, leopard, and other carnivores. If they go extinct they could effect food chains. www.zooborns.comwww.nablacognition.org

7 The wild life scouts work with people around the area that the zebras are and ask them to help make sure the zebras aren't killed. African Wildlife Foundation worked with Kenya Wildlife Service to fit Grevy’s zebras with collars in Buffalo Spring National Reserve. The Global Positioning System GPS collars provide scientists with critical information concerning Grevy’s zebras’ movement patterns and whereabouts. By gaining an understanding of their patterns, scientists are better able to protect the zebras http://www.awf.org/wildlife-conservation/grevys-zebra

8 We could take in a couple zebras and breed them and raise them and release the animals back into the wild. We could have sanctuaries for the zebras to live where they wouldn’t have to worry about competing with other animals
