9 How Much Will it Cost? We estimate that the price of the residential visit will be approximately £40 per child (depending on coach prices/ number of children who attend) We do appreciate that this is a lot of money, therefore we plan to set up payment cards so the visit can be paid for weekly/monthly (like the Y6 residential) What does the price include? Coach from school to The Deep in Hull and back again. Pizza for tea at school before departure Trained staff at The Deep- all of whom are suitably CRB checked. A full programme of themed events and activities Materials for hands-on workshops Continental breakfast Qualified First Aiders. 24 hour security

10 Frequently Asked Questions Where do we sleep? Part of the fun of a Sleepover at The Deep is being able to sleep write next to the tanks or in one of the tunnels! Campers are encouraged to bring sleeping mats or similar to sleep on as well as a pillow and a sleeping bag. Do we need to bring food? Children may wish to bring a packed evening snack and a drink. There will be a main supper break half way through the evening’s programme. Breakfast will be provided by The Deep

11 What do we need to bring? A sleeping bag or single duvet. Something to sleep on (e.g. a sleeping mat or foam) A pillow. A wash bag (containing flannel, soap, toothpaste and toothbrush). Some warm pyjamas or jogging bottoms and t-shirt. A jumper in case it gets cold during the night. A torch in case of night time visits to the toilet. A teddy bear (if needed!).
