Tackling Domestic Violence Lead AgencyProbation Targets Reduction of repeat incidents Promote early identification of domestic violence cases and provide quality interventions to the victims, perpetrators and families affected. Methods Intensive support to high risk and medium risk victims ( MKAct lead) Complete gap analysis of current interventions ( MKC lead) Provide early intervention and risk assessment with all domestic violence referrals (TV Police lead) Develop and maintain community perpetrator programmes (MKC and TV Probation lead) Monitor repeat incidents of domestic violence to consider patterns (MKC and TV Police lead) Assess effectiveness of interventions (all agencies) Share lessons learnt from reviews to provide education and awareness raising (PCT lead)
