Grievance Redressal Mechanism Ministry of HRD, Govt. of India At State level Grievance Redressal Cell has been established. A complaint register is also maintained by the Admin.Superintendent Action is taken to get toll free number to make complaints by the public. Very soon the Grievance Redressal Cell is also to be established at District/Block//Village school Level.
